If a private setting is what you prefer, one-on-one, personal training is the way to go. We start with a consultation and Functional Movement Screen, body fat, and blood pressure, and assess your fitness and strength levels. This is a great way to track your progress to get the results you desire. Choose from 2, 3, 4, or 5 sessions per week, and as you reach your short-term goals, we’ll continue to challenge you to prevent a plateau in your program.
